PINHAL DA TORRE RESOLUTO
DOC Do Tejo wine made with Alicante Bouschet, Touriga Franca and Trincadeira varieties.
Made from grapes from mostly sandy and clay soils, Resoluto 2015 was vinified by the traditional process of tanning, with slight maceration, having aged in French oak barrels for 18 months, not having been filtered.
Displays a accented ruby color, red fruits ripe, minerals, notes of cocoa and spices, very well-tuned in the mouth and tannins dry and well wrapped, with a good acidity and long finish.
