Pinhal da Torre owns 43 hectares of vineyards spread over four different properties. Pinhal da Torre differs from most other producers in the region by only using its own grapes in order to guarantee the production of the best wines. We try to understand the uniqueness of each grape variety, limiting its production, in absolute respect for natural cycles, through the implementation of extreme care that we call “Pinhal da Torre Happy Grapes Program”, thus seeking the highest quality of our grapes, through biological and sustainable procedures.
